Since inception by Professor Shalini Nadkarni and Mr. Manohar Nadkarni, AAL has been providing an individual approach to every sample received in the laboratory, making sure the customer’s needs are met as per their requirement. A born teacher, Prof Nadkarni brought to reality her ethical teaching standards. At AAL we pride ourselves in treating each sample independently, making sure the quality is maintained to the highest standards, providing an accurate impartial result.
Our biggest asset is highly trained, experienced scientists who make sure the results are authentic and reliable every single time. Their knowledge allows for free exchange of information between them and the customers. This individualistic approach in a team environment allows AAL to function to its optimum potential.
Having lived & worked in USA, UK and India, I bring to AAL my knowledge as a scientist and a drive to provide customers their requirement in a professional environment. As a team player my job entails tailoring my expertise to the customer and making sure AAL functions as per our ethos.
As a Chief Scientist with AAL for over 20 years, my values are aligned with the ethos of AAL. My knowledge & expertise in carrying out laboratory testing and discussing customer needs as and when necessary, translates into a specialised approach keeping in mind the requirement of every customer, whatever the size.
My role as a Scientist at AAL, organising the day to day needs of the laboratory for its smooth operation and working on the shop floor, makes me a versatile player in the team. This allows me the freedom to carry out the process of testing from beginning to the end and an opportunity to interact with the customer, to understand exactly their want.
An Office Assistant on paper, I am the front face of AAL. I talk to customers and direct them to specific individuals, based on their need for information. I type and dispatch reports to customers, make sure the payments are in order and most importantly form a link between the customer and AAL.
My duties as a Laboratory Assistant, of washing glassware, cleaning and making sure AAL is spik and span, allows it to run in an optimum manner allowing other staff members to provide quality work to customers.
